Mercs es un shoot 'em up influenciado por Ikari Warriors . Eres un soldado antiterrorista y debes rescatar a un ex presidente de una pandilla revolucionaria centroafricana.

Corres a través de cada uno de los 8 niveles, que se desplazan principalmente horizontalmente, disparando a todos antes de que puedan dispararte. A veces tendrás que disparar a los árboles y otros paisajes para progresar.

Encontrar lugares estratégicos es importante, especialmente porque no puedes disparar mientras estás en el agua. La mayoría de las veces estás a pie, pero a veces puedes secuestrar vehículos de enemigos disparados. Hay armas mejoradas, bombas inteligentes y recargas de energía para recolectar. Cada uno de los 8 niveles termina con un vehículo grande que requiere múltiples disparos para destruir.

Description

Mercs is a shoot 'em up influenced by Ikari Warriors. You are an anti-terrorism soldier, and must rescue a former President from a Central African revolutionary gang.

You run through each of the 8 levels, which primarily scroll horizontally, shooting everyone before they can shoot you. At times you will have to shoot trees and other scenery to progress.

Finding strategic placings is important, especially as you can't shoot while on water. Most of the time you are on foot, but at times you can hijack vehicles of shot foes. There are improved weapons, smart bombs and energy recharges to collect. Each of the 8 levels ends with a large vehicle requiring multiple shots to destroy.
